Vegas is best during the summer when there are pool parties. But yes, the party is all year round and it won't be that cold in Feb comparing to rest of US.
I with Nuno, Lots of guys and ugly obese southern women. Of course, there are a few diamonds in the rough, but I would hit up Vegas instead. I still find myself going to Vegas at least once a year, you can't beat the prices, clubs, music, ladies, ambiance, casinos,,,,,, I am booking my ticket now.
