one thing that has been mentioned before is possibly going out with steve for one night if he is up for it, we will be trying to arrange something as april gets closer, always a good night with steve and possibly janet, and we dont know about everyone else but we usually hop on a bus a couple of nights and hit the bars .
if we get many people up for this, then it can be added, i'm not just going to have a toy swap with just you craig,lol
What you have down now is good with us and we like the Halloween / masquerade night, that way you can go as whatever you want and still fit in. Now can we do a theme night on the same night as the pool party we can do what ever we like, we are on vacation, what themes do everyone fancy doing on pool party night.
saying as how we are "newbies", just wondering what kind of outfits we were needing for theme nights??? not sure on what to pack, or not pack...lol...cant wait for the trip and to meet all kinds of new people. april 17-22:icon_smile::icon_smile:
I will not argue you on this point!!! There will not be a Dave/Craig only toy exchange on the agenda. Moving right along.... In the past, someone from the group has quarterbacked the toy swap to get the word out and people committing to it - usually with a new thread so it's visible and doesn't get lost in the large roll call threads etc. I've "organized" glow nights on our last trips and don't mind doing it again - we've had some amazing nights - it's an easy, inexpensive way to do a theme night and everyone still gets to wear their TTR-only clothes they purchased. Just my 2 cents.
I mentioned that to steve when I was down there in September and again on here or the facebook page, I think going out one night is always fun, Im the same as you, I usually like to get away and go to town even just to sit at slices or whatever club, but we had talked about doing a group outing with our april group and steve and chino etc... Hopefully that works out
We're with ya on that guys! About the "Toy" Swap night - We usually get one organized w/ Doc n Tina, Doug n Val and Ken n Joyce on CC Care in our time frame before we go.
Yes as Woody noted our group of 4 couples did put together as we were told an excellent "toy swap party " last yr.We would love to do it again this yr . As I can remember it started it around 9:30 one night so it did not really interfere with anything else. We all had a blast!! Tina is still trying to use the toy we got stuck with on me--haha as time goes on if there is enough interest let us know and we will start getting it together john
