    2 xmas parties one night over and done... now to get back on track.

    Hellloooooo!! where is everone? is it break time till after christmas? I start with my trainer on Monday.. she said we will begin by waking up my muscels.. sounds painfull.. hahahah!!

    I,m ,,here I,d thought I,d check out this thread, thought it was something kinky,lol ....exercising ''together''.

    Every time I try to exercise I hurt myself Kim, so I refrain from it know and live a happier life.

    Hi Kim How was your first training session. Been busy this week but definitely not on relaspe until after Christmas but feeling a little unmotivated. We are officially booked so I now have just less than 4 months to kick this ass back in shape. Can't wait until April.

    first workout session is tomorrow .. so far just a consultation to see what my goals are.. so tomorrow i get my butt kicked.. lol

    well i did it .. got up at 5 got to my work out for 6am.. she went fairly easy on me .. which was good.. last time i started with a personal trainer i couldn't move for days after.. she was more assessing me .. she kept asking me after each exercise.. so how did that feel.. do you think you could have done a bit more.. stupidly i said yes... lol this is after all just the start of waking up my muscles

    60 lunges though.. I sure felt them..

    besides the 2 days a week with her.. my homework is to do 30 minuted 3 days a week on top of the 2 with her.. got measured and weighed and some little machine that measured body mass and body fat.. all was in healthy range except for body fat.. which was high.. i have to bring it down to a healthy range which will be 6% less than what it is now..

    so got all my work clothes and shower stuff and hair stuff and makeup to get ready for work from the gym.. ready for the day and realized .. i didn't take any food to eat for the day... had an apple and a jenny lunch.. frigging starving when i got home and couldn't wait to cook dinner so ended up eating leftover Chinese food... hahah wasted that workout .. damn.. i will be better prepared tomorrow ..

    Glad to see it went well Kim. Sorry to hear you forgot your lunch. I woulld have been so hungry too. I asked Glenn for the p90x workout for christmas. Let's see if Santa wants my ass smaller too.

    i looked at that.. my daughter has it .. there is a physical test that you should pass before you start.. she said it is brutal.. so i didn't go any further with that.. lol

    i am looking forward to my class tomorrow.. :cheerleaders:

    well i did 20 minutes on the treadmill and the zumba class tonight.. still standing .. lol

    but man oh man is my core tummy muscles soar.. lol that's from doing the plank exercise

    i think..lol
