For those on FB, Chino's is apparently on their Boobs Cruise too. It looks like they found something that works- Steve's Cruise- and they are trying to copy it. It says it can only be booked at the towel hut. Sadly most people will never know they booked the wrong one.
I just saw that too on FB. I would still prefer Steve’s Boobs Cruise, but from the timing of our trip, Steve’s cruise may not be an option. Either way, I am really looking forward to my trip Jan 16-22. It can’t get here soon enough.
I am wondering what is going on with the cruises. I just saw on Facebook that Chino is promoting a new booze cruise which can be booked at the towel hut at the hotel - called One & Only. Looks like the cruise day is on Fridays. I love Steve's booze cruise - I cant imagine that it can get any better than that!!
I can confirm that Chinos is doing cruises for the resort, as I saw him go out and come back on a boat from the resort when I was there last week. They take people from TTR as well as from other resorts. Chinos was in fine form, we could hear him hollering on the mic up and down the beach!
original YOU CANNOT EVER BETTR THE ORIGINAL.......For many years steve has worked very hard to bring 1000S OF US TOGETHER, without him and cancuncare our lives would be much emptier. I will definatly support him by only booking the original Boobs Cruise.. the difference is he organizes it because he cares...they do it just for the money....
I was very surprised to see that Chino's was on TTR facebook page (was praying he actually came back to work there). I would much rather book on the original Boobs Cruise, but sometimes it's hard to plan when you have to plan your vacation months in advance. Anyway you can start making the Boobs Cruise on specific days? Everyother Wednesday or every Wednesday for example.
As the famous saying goes "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery". I've known about this a few weeks but wasn't aware they would be starting up quite so quickly. From what I know of the hotel's cruise, it is intended to replace the evening cruise they used to do, but stopped due to lack of numbers and poor feedback.They did run a test cruise a week or so ago. It seems the concept is quite a bit different to ours, the only real common factor is that Chinos and Omar will be there too. The boat has an uber loud sound system and they have a DJ playing that electronic dance music that I know everyone loves so much at high volume. You can go topless on the boat but not many did, there's also none of the more raunchy things that we get up to - such as body shots, whipped cream, adult games etc. The stop on the island is to play volleyball and water volleyball. It's also a couple of hours shorter than ours and more expensive. It's open to anyone from other hotels and will be sold through the hotel's 84 travel agency partners. I've been running the 'Boobs Cruise' for over 5 years now. I feel we offer the very best value for money and slowly but surely have refined the trip into the ultimate adults only party experience. Chinos and Omar are freelance now and I can not offer them more work than I already do, I bear no grudges against them they have rent and bills to pay like anyone else and they will continue to be working with us. I hope people will continue to support our Boobs Cruise, it would be sad to see them go which will happen if we cant get the numbers. If you want to go on a cruise just to see Chinos then you now have two options. If you want to go on the best you still only have one.
I'd like to be able to do that but we dont have consistent enough numbers so have to plan around the day that suits most people. I do always try to aim for a Saturday or Sunday, but it's not always possible.
