I know Kim........I can look at what I have been eating and blame myself for eating it. I need to get on that diet as the six weeks of chocolate is gonna start right away. If I am dieting I won't touch it. I swear every patient that we poke on a regular basis will bring in chocolate into the lab for the girls. The first year I ate it and gained 15 lbs. Now I know better. Diet before it starts.
sorry about the knee. i know first hand how frustrating being injured can be. i had a stupid wart on the ball of my right foot for years, finally surgery took care of it. but it really was a bummer. it made excercising on the eliptical or tread mill a joke!!! but staying safe is better than pushing it at the moment. you dont want any permenant injury!

Monique, sorry to hear about the knee!! I know what you mean about the patients and holiday food gifts!! Haven't been able to adjust my eating schedule properly since switching to nights, but I know if I don't get it under control soon I'm going to be snacking on all that holiday fare that's sitting in the break room! So far I'm still maintaining and have started my weight training. You guys are really making me wish I could go in April....maybe after Christmas I can take another look at the $$.
well had a weak moment last night. went to apollo burger. ate onion rings, and pastrami burritoe!! pretty gressy!! somehow not as good as i remembered either! feel really sluggish today. wont make that mistake for awhile!
I stopped Jenny today till after the holidays... just no point with all the things going on..xmas party's and xmas lunches... gonna try to get to the gym.. well not gonna try.. going .. got my workout clothes packed to take to work with me and heading straight to the gym after work..gonna look into a personal trainer as well.. with what i pay for jenny i more than likely could have a personal trainer ever day of the week.. lol my body has always like the weight I am now.. so if i could get some muscle tone id be happy.
well i did it, got all signed up for personal trainer twice a week haha also entered the 12 week challenge.. omg.. i am tired all ready.. lol
I'm thinking about doing it too........I want someone to just stretch me as I feel like my hamstring are so tight, Good luck Kim.
