We are very excited about our upcoming trip! Our first time. Friends have been there before when it was Blue Bay Getaway. Said it was great time! What should we expect? What type of attire should we bring? Looking forward to meeting everyone! Thanks!
Welcome aboard. We have alot of repeater that come during this time of year so you'll be right in the smack dab middle of that time. We're all alot of fun and like to have fun so definitly say hi. We've been running a thread all year: roll call late nov/early december group... It has most of who'll be there, what theme nights we have planned and the like. Feel free to join and I'm sure you'll have a blast.
First of all welcome to the forum. When are you going? Best advice I can probably give is to scan the many pages of posts. Almost everything has been discussed at one time other. Some things many times. Any specific questions feel free to ask away. Some of us have been there many times, others have just returned. One thing you will find is the anticipation of the trip is part of the fun & being on this board helps build that excitement. Keep posting & we will help you out. :xyxthumbs:

Need Help! Nov 30-Dec 4 Thanks for your quick replies! We are both completly inept at computer stuff (new to forum stuff). We clicked on links provided but can figure out what the theme nights are. I ordered some really hot stuff for the trip, but can't pinpoint what nights are what. Also, what are the guys supposed to wear? Any help would be appreciated! Can't wait for the trip! Also can't figure out if our avatar picture shows up? Does it? Thanks!
I posted on the other thread but if your having trouble here are your dates: wednes 30th.nov---DRESS TO IMPRESS thursd 1st dec---Lingerie/CASINO friday 2nd dec-WHITE NIGHT/BAR CRAWL OUT OF RESORT.. satur 3rd dec--POOL PARTY AND XMAS THEME sunday 4th dec--RESORT ITALIAN RESTAURANT..GROUP MEAL Same as the girls the guys can wear pretty much whatever your comfortable with. Has to be at least boxers to get in though.
I'd recommend reading all the stickies on the forum, and just keeping your expectations realistic. TTR will be exactly what you make of it--if you like a wild party, introduce yourself to everyone at the sexy pool and Paty'Os, participate in the theme nights, and get involved in the games. Don't worry about looking silly--everyone's there to laugh and have a good time with new friends. On the other hand, don't set your expectations too high about luxury and food. They're fine--you'll find plenty of food you like, your room will be clean and nice, and the service is friendly. But some people seem to get their expectations built up so high that they come away disappointed. As for packing, you're going to be in your bathing suit about 60-70 percent of your trip. At night, lots of women use the trip as an excuse to wear stuff they wouldn't even think about at home (I had good luck with www.flirtcatalog.com) A few just kick back in shorts and tank tops, but I'd say that's a definite minority. Guys tend to dress just like they would for a nice restaurant or bar at home. My husband wore mostly shorts with button-downs at night. He'll need a pair of long pants for some of the restaurants.
