i like the personal trainer idea. i drink a beer and watch him train!!! sounds good to me! could catch on at the gym.
I'm so jealous! I want to go now!!! I didn't post last friday. It's been a mess over here, a little sick, but still trying to at least make a few morning exercises. I didn't post last week, but since two weeks ago, I'm down 3.5!
nothing new this week. stayed the same. my fault. went to the gym last night, will go again today, and tomarrow. time to just really do it.
Well good for all of you, maintaining is better than gaining...in my case however I'm up a 1lb. Have to get really get on it next week.
