Well I didn't weigh myself on Friday. Drank all weekend and hurt my leg again Friday just stepping off a curb. My knee totally buckled and I'm on crutches. So doesn't look like I can even work out at least for a few days. Well I will find a way even it is only weights. The doctor is sending me for an MRI finally, they finally believe I have an issue.
oh no... hope they fine out whats going on Monique.. maybe once you are able to walk you should try swimming so there is no weight on that knee.. it might make it a bit easier for you..
Thanks guys, Yeah I am not gonna be able to stay away from working out although I don't even thnk I could swim right now. I am really having a hard timed with even little movements of my leg. This sucks, I am gonna be on light duty at work for a while.
crap m that blows!!! been there though. tell them to fix the damn thing!! we need you up and running great by april!!!! just kidding! hope they get to the bottom of it and that its easy to fix. go on line for some excer. that you can do like pilaties (hope i spelled close.) some shouldnt involve the knee to much.
Hahaha Chief Sambuca usually does win............me bent over the toilet Blah Blah blah. Sambuca is also a great pain reliever. Actually I am alot better today and weight bearing on my leg. Even got on my bike and did 12 km today. I am still far from where I want to be.
But it's a start! Glad you're better! Met with a personal trainer yesterday at the new gym. Can't hardly move this morning! Hurts so good...lol
