As it stands at 11pm Sunday the latest storm coming this way is named Rina, and predicted to be Hurricane Rina at Category 1 headed straight for us on Friday. Oh joy!
Hi, How long should it take to go away? Is it dangerous to the point people should cancel there trips to Cancun? I mean planes should not be flying under such circunstances anyways I guess.
Yesterday it was going to hit down by Chetumal and now it is going to near miss us. Saturday is still a long way off in weather days. I'm not panicking yet.

Hi Guys, I hold my hands up, it's my fault. It's my one weekend in the month where I get Saturday and Sunday off and I've been planning everything to do some outdoor repairs/painting/gardening that I've been putting off for some time, basically things that need good weather. So obviously Fate has sent in a tropical storm to scupper all my well-planned activities. So I do apologize for the inconvenience, however the weather should be nice and sunny again by Monday morning when I return to work. Lets hope the power doesn't go out! (damn I've done it again and tempted her!!!)
WOW, that upgrade to hurricane happened quite fast!!!! Guess it means business. Have they said how long this one will hover near CANCUN ????
