Well, posting on here made me go to yoga today Kicked my butt, and the toe actually feels better after all that stretching!
Up 1lb too but hey I ate alot of junk this week so I guess I deserved it. I am having so much trouble with my knee that I just can't get in a good work out.
Well my body has decided it likes fluctuation mode...started out up by two pounds and ended it down by two pounds. Decided I'm claiming that two pounds lost while I've got the chance!! Scheduling workouts has been more difficult with the job change, but so far I'm making it work!
Oh - an idea for you guys - Physics Diet - you put in your weight every day, and after a while you see a trend line. So, what seems like ups and downs to you guys may all be downhill. It's nice cause when you're in the red, you know you're making your trendline go up, and when you're in the green, you're good!
I use the "My Fitness Pal" app on my phone and love it! It tracks everything and has really helped me stay on course.
