well if its raining after work, its the gym. if its not get hay. slmost have enough to last till summer. the eating thing starts today. probably will be grumpy! have to stay out of the evil office. lots of goodies in there. go me!!
Started my 2x a day workouts again. I am gonna see 130lbs. The fight is on again, time to kick the blubber to the curb.
I'm not hopeful of losing any weight this week - only lost 1/4 of a pound since Monday! Not feeling as ill as at the start of the week, but got a pretty bad cough. Feeling under the weather just makes me want to eat warm and hearty food in the evening! I'm still walking for 40 mins over my lunch breaks, but haven't been in the gym since last Saturday. Now the husband is going down with the cold too, inevitable really, any virus you have your partner is likely to pick up too.
I think that's 7 lbs for me in 4 week.. that not to bad!!! I might make the 15 lbs by the 12th of November after all..
Congtats, I wish I could say the same........I ovulated and gained back 3 lbs like overnight. So I am watching what I am eating and bringing it down again. I was lazy today though and didn't work out . The knee is still on the mend.
ok so i havent done anything about lossing wieght. today is the start of a new day. congrates to all of you but guess what here i come!! i will wiegh in mon. then by friday i will have the no.s antib. were just crap!! im done. now i dont have to stuff myself to keep from feeling sick! that alone should really help. plus, i am sticking to what i know is the right way to eat. and it works every time!! only have untill april, to reach my goal. 130 I WILL MAKE IT!!!!!!!! i know you all will reach your goals too!!
