my two cents.. youve done a great job so far!! still losing, great! if i had new clothes to wear, maybe put them on friday night try again sun. and so forth that way you always see that little bit closer to fitting, instead of shit if i hadnt done that they would probably fit now.
APRIL10----------20TH OR 24TH. Down another 1lb..........this is the least I have weigh in about three years. Liking it. No flushes right now either. My work was so busy I feel like a ran a marathon today. Then I came home and worked out. Damm going dancing tonight but no platform shoes for me..........and the knee is healing slowly. Congrats KIM! Whoooooooohooooooooooo 5 lbs.
im envious!! my own fault though. these stupid antib. i cant wait untill im done so i dont have to eat so much, just so i dont get sick feeling. great on the dates, will work on it. yea way to go kim 5 lbs. soon soon!!!! glad to hear that the knee is healing. slow is better than not at all. katie and i both just bummed out and stayed here all weekend. just couldnt work up the enthusiasm to go out!!
Damm staying in on a Saturday. We were both just about alseep at 7:00 pm last night but I ended up going having a bath and going out until 3:00am. I need to get out on the weekends.

I managed 5lbs this week Partly due to being ill from Friday. Picked up a virus, and had to stay off work today. I didn't eat anything yesterday because I felt so crap. Forced myself to eat a bowl of cereal this morning - everything tastes like cardboard because I've lost sense of smell with nose blocked up. I am aiming for a 3-4lb loss for next week, although it usually seems that if I have a big loss one week I'll only lose 0.5lb or put on the week after!
k!! the start of a new routine!!! cold much better. check mind set. check plan on the gym starting wednes. check eat right!!! check. see if i can lose at least 2-3 this week. april will be here before we know it!!
good job on the 5 lbs... doesn't matter how you loose it .. if you keep it off its legit!.lol and I do the same.. lose 3 lbs one week then like .3 the next.. i think that's mostly because of my bad weekends..to many calories by the end of the week starts you off up for the next week.. i will be very happy with 2 lbs.. the last 10 is soo freaking hard.. opps wrong frame of mind.. the last 10 will be a breeze!!!!!haha
