I don't have much left to lose at this point, but I'm worried about maintaining with the recent change in my job. Working 12 hour shifts kinda messes up the workout routine I had in place... So count me in on the bandwagon....would like to add 5 more pounds to the 40 I've lost since January.
great job!! you can do it. ive noticed when i pre make my meals and just stick to them, i munch way less. i stayed the same from before i went to TTR earlier this month to now. but i really need to loose 10. so back to pre planning, and being serious. it will be so nice to shed that extra wieght, it really makes you less energetic! i think phil, and glen would have no prob. hauling us up to our rooms!!!! they are pretty strong guys!! just think if we had to haul them up!!! hoping for a gruond floor then!!
I doubt Glenn could carry me. It's been a long time since he picked me up and carry me any where. I am heavier than I look.
aw. i bet he could. phillip i know can throw me over his shoulder! just hope hes not to drunk, dont want to get dropped!!! but this diet thing ought to make it easier, 10 gone piece of cake. yum wrong word!! ha ha ha! sure wish the sweating thing worked for me that way. all i do is suffer!!! oh well
