Just was wondering, since Amy left in May and now that Chino is gone, who is left? I know that Stacy was there. Is she still there and who else is now there?
Man that SUX! I allways thought that this was a very well managed resort. I met Mariano there last time, and I guess he's like one of the senior managers of the family that owns it. Something telss me that a guy like Chinos will allways somehow land on his feet:mexicoflag:
What do you all think causes such a high turnover there? Is it the stress of management? I have always wondered that. I think the only ones I remember being there during my return trips were Chinos, Lalo and Omar
The nature of the business is a big one, it's got to be hard to be a professional partier. Most of us can get out of the publics way when we are having a bad day, the staff there have to put up with drunk foreigners 6 days a week 12 hours a day. I don't think I would last long doing it I know that.
I believe she has been there for a while... She hadn't really taken the lead as Chinos was there both times I was there with her, but she certainly wasn't shy, which would be part of the ways to be successful.
We were there in late June, and a girl started that week. I think her name was Sarah, and she looked like she is Mexican or Mexican American. She was learning the ropes from Stacy and Chinos while we were there.
