Tracey and I will be at Temptations Resort in Cancun....10-17 December......We are a littled worried about packing.....we are basically pretty wild....but.....also want to fit in.....are g-strings and thongs okay at the pool for men????? Is Lingerie suitable for the dinners and the shows????? Is see through clothing permitted?????? Are costumes.....ie.....Slut Bride acceptable?????? Is there any nude sunbathing on the beach?????? Just a heads up... this isn't a lifestyle hotel. Yes swingers go there but it's not a swingers hotel. Have only seen one thong on a guy at the pool and let's say he was the talk of the resort. Lingerie is not suitable for dinner. People will set up theme night on here that folks participate in, so look for the post of people going the same time looking to set them up. Nudity of any kind, out side of the games, will likely get you escorted from the hotel. TTR is about the tease, not the flanting it so much in your face. So if you approach it in a laid back style you'll fit right in. Don't want to sound negitive here. you will see lots of fun things there, just don't want you to walk in to a green party all dressed in red. Jamie
Men can wear thongs around the swimming pool. You usually dress up for dinners. guys try to look classy. Girls generally go for ultra-sexy classy. Think backless dress with a very short hemline and ultra-low cut front. Yes see-through stuff is permitted. not really at dinners, but at Paty-O's at night, it'd be fine. Costumes are fine. No nude sunbathing on the beach. You can both get naked at Lingerie night and during the pool games when the staff tell you to. but other than that, your supposed to keep your bottoms on. In practice, that rule is more so for the guys. girls can pretty much get away with almost anything they want.
lol Gotta agree! Just because they make it doesn't mean you should wear it! LOl, Now, thongs on women, yes, because they make them, they should wear them! But really, nobody cares! If you feel comfortable with it then do it!

Nice trunks are waaaaayyy sexier. For Lingerie night, there are three good choices: over-the-top funny (here's where your thongs can make appearances), hunky leather dude, or your best underwear, but let your lady steal the show. Feel free to accessorize with robes, handcuffs, cat o'nine tails... For dinner, remember we're eating! Look polished and respectful. Be arm candy for the girls. For Paty O's, arrange theme nights around whatever costumes you want to bring. For other nights, guys tend to look exactly as they would at a nice bar at home.:ernaehrung024: Now for the women....(Sorry guys, but I think we get to have more fun) For the pool, thongs are fine, but definitely a minority. Don't even think about granny panties, though! When we were there in June, 50-75% were topless each day. There's no pressure--I realized with so many boobies to look at, no one cared whether they were seeing mine or not. For Lingerie night, feel free to go all out. Bra/panty sets, teddies and corsets, bondage wear, nightgowns...we saw it all. See through with garters was the clear audience favorite in the contest! Ahem...don't forget the shoes! ;-) For dinner, there seems to be quite a range. Some women were in casual sundresses or nice slacks with tank tops. Some were in full-on club wear, like you'd see in Vegas or LA. However, save the see-through stuff and Lingerie for later. At Paty O's, a lot of women seem to borrow dresses from their exotic dancer friends...plunging necklines, backless, see-through, school girl costumes...Um...I might have been in a bellydance bra, ruffle panties and stripper heels after a few shots one night...but you can't prove it!:aktion014: Technically there's no lingerie allowed except for Thursdays, but security is more lax for the ladies than for the men.
