Dam I was hoping it wasn't true. Hope he comes back soon there never gonna find anybody to fill his shoes.
You're right Jim, we saw him kick some guy's out of Casino night for refusing to participate. Not saying he won't be missed, he truly was one of a kind at his job but he's not the only reason people go to the resort. I wish he would be there for or trip in a few weeks but I'm not thinking it won't be as fun without him. I just hope whatever is going on with him he ends up on top and doing what he loves and wants to... he does deserve that.
My first trip to TTR was 8/31 - 9/7. I asked Sarah where he was on the 7th and she said it was his day off. Man I bummed to hear this. He is a great leader of that staff and is an absolute blast. I hope this situation is rectified by my next trip back.
Great post Jamie....Like many I believe it is the people who go to Temptation who make the place what it is. Chinos is magnificent, icing on the cake, the straw that stirs the drink. Clearly the place is not the same without him and his antics. Let's hope this blows over and all gets back to normal in time for our next trip.
Jamie, again great minds think alike . Sometimes a gathering no matter where or how large needs that thing that gets the crowd going and makes it a real party.......Without it, its just a crowd. :huh:
The worst thing about this is that some of us who have visited with the Chinos who is not performing know the REAL person affected by this. He was helpful in getting us to a pharmacy downtown to get a prescriptive med only availabel in Europe and the Carribean on our first visit. The Mrs always brought those special candies that were a hit with ever since!
We talk very close to some of the employees and the rumor was they (one manager was trying to get him out for a while. And i guess they he made it happen in the last months lots of stupid changes that we dont like
We're going to TTR the day after thanksgiving and convinced two couples to go with, been talking the place up based on the fun we have watching and participating in Chinos crazy ways.I do believe we'll still have a great time but it's just a real let down that he will not be there.Still TTR has a lot to offer we have been there when Chinos was in Cabo and we had a blast.We wish Chinos only the very best, we hope at some point that he will return to TTR.
