Women's opinions on guy attire lingerie night

So, how about some honest opinions from the women out there in regards to what they like/dislike as far as what the men wear to Lingerie night.

Lets face it, men are dogs, so less is more when it comes to the women's attire for the most part.

But on men (excepting the 5 guys we see on Lingerie night that are buff), what do women like to see? I don't think many guys can pull off "sexy" attire after 30.. I'm 6'0, 155lbs, so I wouldn't say I'm in bad shape for my age, but I sure don't feel great about wearing anything that would imply that I think I'm much to look at

So what? Boxers? Baggy? Tight despite not being a hard body anymore? Humorous outfits better than trying to look good?

 

This is good info. So I believe I should bring a few things...Time to let my hair down...

 

I disagree that only guys under 30 can wear sexy stuff. I've seen 60 year old guys at TTR who look way better than a lot of the 20-somethings. I think that if you feel sexy, then wear it, because sexy is an attitude! If you feel good when you wear it, then WEAR IT! I've seen way more than "5 or 6 buff guys" at Lingerie night, but it doesn't really matter, because it sounds like you and Darcy are a ton of fun and the crazier/skimpier the outfit, the more fun you'll have! Girls/women judge men far less by appearance than by attitude, sense of humor, etc.

 

We always dress to the nine's on Lingerie night. We are both in our 40's and do not have tight bodies but we do not care nor do we judge others. We are about people's personalities and not about whether or not they look good in speedo bottoms. You only live once to go and have fun. NOBODY KNOWS YOU AND NOBODY GIVES A SHIT

 

I think that participating in the theme nights is the most important part, not exactly what you wear or how you look in it. The more people who participate, the more fun it is for everyone. :lotsofmichaelfs:

 

So, I can't resist chiming in, and I wish I had pix to share. Over the trips (#8 coming up in 7 days) I have gone from shy to everything out there, and my husband has felt challenged to "keep up." Since it has been seen before, I'm hoping I won't get in trouble for spilling some of his secrets. His outfit includes a Hue Hefner-esque smoking robe with sparkly pasties underneath. The funny thing is, his "funny" outfit is just as much a hit as my "sexy" outfit. So, go with what you want, and do it all out!

 

I don't think it matters - I'm a bloke btw - I wore boxers with "I'm the daddy" on the front (a birthday present from my daughters). I have a substantial beer belly, but I don't think it mattered. No-one looked at me funny, and no-one said anything nasty.
It's supposed to be fun!

 

For the record, that was Jess (this is Ryan) :icon_biggrin: For me, I think of Lingerie night as a costume party. Sure, you can go as a ghost - it's safe, easy, and people will say hi. That's like white boxers at Lingerie night. Of course if everybody shows up to Halloween as a ghost, it's kinda boring. It's a lot more fun when you've got dozens of wild costumes, right? It's more fun to be in a wild costume, and also to see what everybody else came up with. So go crazy! For the record, that was me in skimpy sparkly blue briefs and Chippendale's cuffs and collar. :aktion030:
