Well - I`m thinking that we earlier Oct folks need to get the recipe! Lets see: whipped cream, limoncello ... Does anyone know if it is easy to get limoncello in Cancun. Im thinking TTR will not have it. 1 parts limoncello, 2 parts vodka, 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice. Shake with ice in shaker, and add sugar on the rim and lemmon garnish = one great lemon drop martini. Modify with a swirl of whipped cream on top to create TTR `special`october 2011 variant. Hi Raven - we are there from Sep 28 to Oct 12th so we ave a good overlap. I think I have to check out this Whipped Creme infuser with CO2 cartridge. I think we need one of those.
