Hi, we just saw the following picture on the internet and we're wondering how private the jacuzzi is? Is there a pull down shade or is it visible to the quiet pool? Assuming that's the quiet pool outside? Also, the curtains for the bedroom, are they sheer? .... or is there a second curtain to make them more solid? Are all the jacuzzi rooms like this?
They have a pull-down shade but if you leave the light inside the room on, think "shadow puppets". Looks like the quiet pool, yes.
lol Shadow puppets lol Yes there is also two curtains one is sheer and the other is a room darkening heavy shade, so that the sun in the morning wont wake ya up if you have a hangover lol
There are two types of rooms with Jacuzzi facilities. My understanding is that the suite version are indoor jacuzzi. We booked the indoor one this year (Oct) I think. We had that exact room in your picture (outdoor) I think two trips ago.. that was the cheaper of the two options and it is outside. Jacuzzi was outside, filled very slowly and hot water seemed limited There is a pull down shade. We used it to get naked and get in, then we put it back up so we could watch the quiet pool. People walking past could see us if they got really nosey... The room curtains provide complete privacy when both are closed.
I believe there are two rooms that do not have shades on the deck so the tub is in view at all times. I know room 1109 is one of the rooms because we stayed in that room several years ago. Noticed last april it still does not have a shade.
We actually got a room with a jacuzzi and never used it.Never even crossed our mind. There was just so much going on there was no need for it. It was a waste for us but..It's totally up to you. You may have a different experence than what we did and have a great use for it
The ones that have the indoor jacuzzis are bascically larger rooms that are on the quiet pool side and on the ends so the balcony actually over look the ocean. Very nice rooms with a couch and table but in the warmer months hard to cool down (we had to buy fans) as they have the same size Ac units as the regular rooms. The" jacuzzi" was basically a large jetted tub that barely fit two people and it didnt seem like it had been cleaned in a while as when we turned the jetts on black stuff came out. :-(
