This morning was very promising...........I am officially down the 5 lbs so I can go and gain it back. Now I am working on another 5 lbs.........for bonus. I didn't drink as much water today as all I did all night was pee and pee and pee. Damm well not true I sweated and sweated too. Night sweats and I woke up soaking wet. So this is what turning 45 will bring me.............Yeah. Anyways I am still on my double work outs and getting results so I am happy. 9 days to go and 18 workouts to kick ass.
glad to hear its paying off. night sweats yea!! been there doing that. sucks!! even the dogs scoot away from me at night!! its like being in an oven!! it seems like my body temp. is always higher than most anyway, then add that. hopefully it will pass soon. downing all the water i can handle. end up still thirsty at bed time. but oh well. getting very excit. good luck all see everyone soon.

i was good yesterday, but had a huge chef salad. im sure it easily way out of the ball park. but a good tasty cheat!! back to buisness. yea friday!!!! one more get up for work on mon. then plane ride tues. yippie!!!!!
