I know I pick at me alot. I definitely do better when things are going my way and I can look in a mirror and say wow............i am getting there. I will be working out everyday on holiday again this time.

Ever had those days that your bra is so friggin tight you wanna just take it off and the girls hang loose ??? (Must be all the water I'm retaining...LOL 3 hrs to go and the weekend is finally here, been a very tough long week can't wait for it to be over. Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend.
