We don't diet, we just work out more when we want to lose weight. You gotta sweat to lose weight, hard work outweighs cutting calories in our house. No pun intended. :umbrella1:
I worked my butt off for my first trip to Temptation! Only 8 days to go and I have lost 53 pounds!! Wooooo hoooo!:mnm:
I'm down about 4lbs in 4 weeks...was hoping 4 more like 6-8lbs, but I suppose it all counts in what you lose fat and gain about 1/4 of that muscle
I dont intend to to diet but 3 month in a couple weeks I will start my new work out regime to make sure I'm bikini ready
I've been watching what I eat and walking more. I think my dog got into better shape than me. LOL! J/K...I've lost a few but won't be where I'd like to be before we leave. I'm fine with that.
I am def watching what I eat more, I would love to be down 10 before October. Here's a fun one: I don't usually wear a bikini, so I need to go shop for one and try them on and all the inventory is moving out on clearance....which is good for pricing, lol but 10 lbs is at least a full size, if not two for me! Its hard to decide on one that is obviously to small, but I sure don't want one that's to big. Guess at these prices I can just buy a few?
