Best place to book flight/hotel for Temptation???

Booked my last two through alpharooms.com

this one though, apple and funjet were both cheapest, and include the transfer (shared vans)

 

Bookit.com, as of right now is $925 higher than Expedia.com for our VaCa in April 2012.

 

I found the cheapest deal for my September 2011 vacation at Expedia.com however I would suggest not using Expedia for your airport transfer. I just cancelled my airport transfer with Expedia, and booked a new one with USA Transfers. What a deal! First off, for $48 with Expedia, it was a shared van where you have to first wait to get the van filled, then you have to wait to drop each passenger off, and obviously Temptation will be the last stop. Whereas with USA Transfers, for $55, you get to immediately board the vehicle and proceed directly to your hotel. I have done the airport transfer thing in Cancun about a dozen times now, but it wasn't until I was a cancuncare.com member that I knew about USA Transfers. I figure for $7 more, I will be getting approximately 4 more hours of vacation, and WAY less stress. Thank you USA Transfers!

 

We did the same thing with Expedia last year, I called-in the reservation, and used USA.

 

Temptation is at the end of the strip. We use USA Transfers but have done the shared van. It takes about 30-45 minutes extra we think to get there. We rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes to leave the airport and usually only 2 or 3 more stops in front of us. We have used other companies in the past and yes...you can wait up to 45 minutes for your van to be full and can leave. USA Transfers is great.
The upside to being at the end of the strip---you are the last one picked up on the way to the airport!

Travelocity oct 20-27 $1900 for 2 people flight, hotel, taxes, transfer and a jacuzzi room thought it was a pretty decent deal

 

I found Expedia.com to be the cheapest in price by 70 dollars per person PLUS they have a deal if you like their facebook page you can get a prepaid mastercard anywhere from 50-200 dollars if you book through that link and complete travel. See the details below. (Hope this helps someone)

I normally always use Expedia but this time I compared Travelocity and Orbitz as well. Orbitz won plus if you google "orbitz promotional codes 2011" you should be able to find a code to save some $$, I found 2-3 different codes that each could have saved me $100.

 

I checked Orbitz this AM and they were about $300 more than Expedia was from where I live.
