well I had a good week for food... weekend not great but better than the past few weekends.. got a few great walks in and will weight in tomorrow.. i am keeping my fingers crossed ..
Okay boys and girls, I'm on holiday... yep here in sucky edmonton AB.. well not really edmonton but close enough.. lots of family lots of booze. so its party time at my house for the next week.. with that said weight in...today no change.. be back the end of the week and will let you know ... and I plan to party every day..anyways no scale for me until this week is over and then well we will see. My plan is treadmill for 3 miles, do the 30 day shred video, and eat 1200-1300 calories. I am also taking cinnamon pills and drinking green tea to get my metabolism going. Do you think that will work.
well did the weigh in this morning and lost 1 pound.. that is good for being at the lake.. lol Ill take it
Yeah Kim, It's been a while since any of us have said we lost a pound. I was doing good today until my daughter( yep I love that girl) thought that mom needed a peanut buster parfait. It was hot and yep I love ice cream but damm I shouldn't have eaten it. So to make up for it I hit the elliptical for 45 minutes and the weights for 40 minutes. I figure I burnt half the calories of it or more. Hey by the way how are you feeling. Did the Dr. completely clear you for exercise yet.
