I'd down 14 pounds in 11 weeks. My goal was to lose 20lb before October. Anyone else trying to shed a few lbs before heading to Mexico this time? Paul

By next week? LOL. Its so hard to lose and so easy to gain! You guys have been married 29 years eh? It's 26 years together for Darcy and I. Lets plan to go to one of the Temptation club nights together and hang out to celebrate!
Big time! I've set my goals: 20-30 lbs in 5 weeks! It might sound excessive, but if I go to the gym 7 days a week, sometimes even twice a day, I should make it to 20... 30 is a long shot, but hey, you never know! The amount I'm trying to lose might seem much, but I've also gained 30 pounds during my last semesters and stopped going to the gym for about a year, so now that I've been spending 2 months getting my muscle mass back, I'll be spending the remaining weeks on dropping the useless unappealing weight Can't wait to see how it'll turn out haha Congrats on your weight loss btw! I started Feb 1st for mine and was at 293 (up from about 275 from last TTR trip in '10). My goal was to be 240 by this trip (July 26th). Today's weigh in was at 243.5. So 3.5 pounds in 3.5 day= a shit ton of cardio fo me but might reach it. I strongly recommend Kris Gethin's 12 Week Daily Trainer found on boudybuidling.com. Amazing workout in a short time. My wife wants to lose 190 lbs. before our trip to TTR in Oct. Maybe it's just a coincidence that I weigh 190 lbs. !!!:icon_confused:
I'm on a mission to lose 10lbs before our trip. Will is a bodybuilder/powerlifter and stays in great shape all year. I'm not as motivated! LOL.
