Hoping the best for you, you are so right smoking sucks, but not going to go on about that, we failed... enough said. We have been so very busy this crappy summer, but hope next month things will slow down, and things around home will settle down and we can get back into a routine, ie Zumba, love it and can't wait to get back into it. Anwyays sounds like everyone is still going pretty strong so keep at it.
I bet that lung was aweful to see ... and yes I know most of the things and do most of the things you mentioned.. but it nice to hear that what I am doing if right .. thanks for the info ..
Welcome back. 1/2lb is a 1/2/lb. If it's any consilation (that doesn't look spelt right) I had a bad bad week too. Today wasn't much better. I am my worst enemy. I didn't miss any work outs but food(Geez why do I do it to myself) It was good going down but right after I felt like shit. Well it's like 6 weeks to cancun again so I better kick ass soon.
Ah Kim. Don't start.............it gets easier and the thoughts of smoking will disappear enough to be tolerable.
its not that i am craving so much as i just know if i smoke the weight comes off easier cause i don't eat as much.. I am going to give just eating less and exercising first.. don't really want to fall back into the old habits.. i am doing ok so far..
going to the texas roadhouse tonight for hubbies b-day. they are really good!!! just going to have to stay away from the freash bread, and honey butter!! then i will be ok.
try not to beat yourself up to much.. summer time is so hard to eat less... i have tried to do 1200 calories a day. and not once this week did i make it under 1500 calories per day.. and i am not ready to exercise yet.. so .. will see how that worked out for me .. AND.. every weekend at the lake doesn't help either..lol
well went to eat last night. great food!! salmon yum yum!! but i did eat to freash baked rolls! oh what the hell they were very good!!
