    I heard the same from a few others but some others have said everything is ready. With us arriving at the hotel befor noon I'm trying to do everything I can to try and have a room ready for us. Might also try the Hamilton :)

    This time in two weeks our plane will be approaching Cancun:italyflag:

    We also did the express check-in about a week ago, we arrive tomorrow. Just wondering, those of you that did the express check-in, did you receive an email back from the resort to confirm? We didn't get any confirmation from the resort.

    We got an e mail confirmation right after we did the express check in online so perhaps you may want to do it again.
