We're Temptation 1rst timers. What do you do when it rains?

Hi Everyone!

Our names are Michele and Fabiano and we're going to be staying at Temptation Cancun from the 17th-22nd. It's our first time to the resort and we're really looking forward to the trip.

We'd like to get in contact with a few people staying at the same time so we know a few people before arriving so please feel free to send us a note!

For those of you who've been before, we do have one question. What do you do when it rains? We've been checking the weather and it looks like rain the first few days of our trip. Any suggestions on what to do when mother nature isn't cooperating with your vacation plans? Also, we were looking into some of the tours outside the resort that involve ziplining etc. If anyone has an idea of a reliable company to purchase from, the info would be much appreciated!

Our first day there, it was pouring down rain, so we went to the sexy pool, got some drinks and jumped in! What difference does it make that is raining if you are going to be in a pool?

By the end of the day we had a nice big crowd in the pool and the bar was busy! Don't worry about it. Then there is always the sports bar if you are afraid of a little rain....lol

Also, don't worry about the forecast, it will often say it is raining if there is a chance of afternoon showers!

 

or go back to your room turn on channel 12 !!!

 

LMAO now that's hilarious our only problem is we never turn that channel off....:69:

 

Wells said on both post usally it says it raining but i cant remember any time that we been to cancun (a few) and didnt say thunderstorms not saying it wont happen but dont worry most likely the weather will be amazing and the almanac for rainy days in cancun is 4 days in july.

If it does rain it's usually for just a short period of time - little cool-off time from the 90 D. temp if you're lucky. Have fun!

We had a channel 12 game we played...

Whoever turned on the TV and went to channel 12 first got to choose the
act they wanted to have done to them after seeing it on the TV and have it reinacted by the loser.

I know I'm ready to come back for a 6th visit cause I'm just a little quicker to the remote than her...LOL Oh yea...let it rain baby!

Cover your drink have the women put on t shirts and enjoy the view!

 

On previous vacations we have:

- Stayed in the pool and kept on partying
- laid out on a beach lounger and enjoyed the cool rain as a change from the hot sun
- Gone inside and "channel 12'd" (is it a verb for anyone else?)
- Gone out on the balcony in the rain and did our own "channel 12" thing under the rain drops (major awesome, although wasn't at this resort)
- Invented drinking versions of board games, etc.

Don't sweat it.
