Had surgery on my hand today, so no boxing for about six weeks. Hoping to focus on abs & gluts during recovery. Praying I can maintain & not gain!
Okay its been a hard week. I got a stupid ass cold and having a hell of a time. I did manage to work out between having coughing fits and feeling sick. Even cooking has gone to crap as I am working nights all week. I am sure hoping next week is better.
Welll finally got that Zumba kit... trying to get the energy to go down and watch it and give it a try.. this rainy cold weather makes you want to just cuddle under a blanket and watch movies. Hope the hand is healing up well. Hope your feeling better soon also Monique.
Thanks Deb, I am better this week. I have never had a cold quite like that before. This rain is absolutly depressing. I am becoming a white girl again and it's summer. I would love to be sitting out on my deck tanning in my bikini but instead I might end up doing more tanning bed before our next trip. Doesn't seem right. Congrats on getting the zumba Deb. Have fun with it. Well ladies let's start kicking ass again. Our own. :deadhorse:

havent really been too teribly bad, have lost a pund or two, but still have a ways to go. sat. we had a nice rain shower up settlement canyon. then a good rain that night when we went to bed. i love listening to the rain when its bed time. is it the 30th of aug. yet? getting close!!! we will end up fake baking a little also. sun, work, play dont always fit in right for the tan. oh well
