don't get too excited about the gym, couple of ok treadmills, free weights up to 35 lbs if I remember, simple universal machine, thats about it. Enough stuff to do a general workout.

After going to the gym with the idea to work out, I ended up at the sexy pool bar and did 12 oz curls... by the hundreds...:daveandmo:

Thanks for the info. Sounds like I should be able to get in some kind of a work out.

They do have a Smith machine with a scattering of plates to maybe get you to about 225lbs...not a full olympic set.

Bring your own water bottle, because they just have those little funnel shaped paper cups.

If you're lucky, the place will be fairly empty..otherwise be prepared to have to wait a while to use anything. We had our best luck mid morning before lunch.

Sounds ok for a hotel gym. Is it usually busy?

Thanks! I always go in the mornings. If I don't go then, I won't make it!

It depends on the week. Normally it is empty and you will have no trouble. This past January though I walked in on the first morning around 7:30 and there were about 8 people in there (I guess I should have remembered a few of them from the night before but I had to reintroduce myself).

You should have no trouble most days.
