Hey All! Attending TTR for the first time at the end of September with a bunch of people. Like most people I have been doing lots of reading and such. I saw a picture of this great shower on trip advisor that was taken by someone staying at the resort. Just wondering if this is a typical shower or if it is in an upgraded room. The showers are huge easily fit 2 comfortably, they have the showerhead coming from the ceiling so it's more like rain than your tradional shower. Shower pressure and hot water are abundant so you can take a good long sobering soak after a day at the sexy pool.
We've been there a few times and I've never seen a shower like that. They typically are tiled w/ red tiles and are pretty roomy. If you find out differently let me know.
our shower was big with the glass doors but that one looks like it has a seat and everything in it which ours did not have.. it was still a nice big shower though
I have seen several different showers.. from the regular shower head to the one in the picture with the seat that has the rain head..I hear there are ones with mor than one shower head but have not see it .. but normally they are fairly roomy ..
I must say, the shower I had this past April was a monster, I could have easily fit and with no joking 6 or 7 or maybe even 8 people in there, double rain shower heads 4 feet apart. I would say my shower was about 4ft wide by 10 feet long or more. I have some pictures ill try to find and post. But each building and room have different showers, depending on the old or the new remodel and what room type you have. Ive never had a small one that is for sure and like zurc said, great hangover showers, some have the marble benches built in them, great to bring your coffee right in with ya while you sit in there and try to figure out just what the hell you did to yourself the night before
Those showers (with the seats) are awesome. They are usually in the rooms near the sexy pool. But regardless with which shower you get, you can definitely fit atleast 2 people in there comfortably.
Funny the perspective each have on this one... We just got back on Tuesday. And the one complaint we had is that the shower heads suck, and in our case suck bad. Ever tried to get water and soap from those "hard to reach places" with low pressure rain dribbling straight down on you. And my wife has an over abundance of thick hair and she could barely get it rinsed. So the showers ARE roomy and nice to be in (all have room for 2, some even more). But the weak part is the design of the shower head itself...again just our opinion. Jeff n Jill
Well, now that we are going to be there the same week we will let you try our shower and see how many we can fit ! And yes tha shower in that pic is the exact one we had in our room and we are getting the same room in Sept.
