Help! Which rooms are better? Ocean view or Pool view jacuzzi? Not a big fan of the in room jacuzzi, just wanting the better room and location. Any thoughts are MUCH appreciated.
Well, Our Opinion Is.. The jacuzzi rooms are a bit overpriced, they look like fun and the view is mainly the quiet pool or garden near quiet pool but ocean is seen partly from all those rooms. As for ocean view rooms, most again like the jacuzzi rooms have a partial view of the ocean as most of the non-premier member rooms are angled a bit away from the beach, still very nice and alot cheaper than the jacuzzi rooms. The garden only view rooms are the cheapest and all view walkways/gardens between buildings, but the cost is alot cheaper. We stayed in March in a ocean view right next to Paddy Os bar and we could see ocean way over the sexy pool, but mainly garden/walkways headed to the pool, still nice to sit outside after a long day of sunning to sip a beer before supper. Hope this helps, by the way, the jacuzzi rooms have a pull down privacy screen, but at night with any backlighting from room, they are see-thru and everyone walking by can see quite clearly what's happening in room and jacuzzi.:69::flash: Isku
We were at Temptation and booked the jacuzzi and ocean view. The J was was an oversized bathtub. LAME!!!! The room and the view....and the damn sexy balcony.... were worth the price for the oceanside.
You can have a great view of the pool and ocean by staying in the 2000 building. 1 of the best ocean view is from the 2300 block of rooms (2000 building, 3rd floor). We requested a ground floor room (2115) it was the best room ever. Opened up to the sexy pool being 50 feet away and no stairs to climband a great view. Jeff n Jill
To be honest...we don't notice it really. It's there but there's always music on the property going on somewhere. We fell asleep each night around 2am just fine...doesn't mean you will. There was some noise and if you're looking for peace and serenity the 1000 block of rooms is far away from PatyO's but closer to the Nice Shoes bar...only an issue on a couple of nights a week or nights its raining outside and they move the activities in there. We really enjoyed the...open one door and it's PatyO's and the other walk out to the pool. We will forever more be asking for 2115. Good luck with your quest. Jeff n Jill
We stayed in 2111 last trip. I would have to agree those are the best rooms. Walk out back door to sexy pool & out front door to PatyOs. Easy to run back to room if you forgot something. We always stayed out late so the noise did not bothers us. We were the ones making all the noise.
