I like a lot to eat when I eat. If I was in one of the restraunts in the hotel and I wanted 2 main courses or another course after I've eaten would they give me it? or is there a limit on what you can eat and order?
Brewster and I had dinner with another couple and we all orded one main course each and One extra for the table to share.. it was the italian resurant and we ordered an extra pasta dish for the table.. that worked out well and they didnt mind at all .. i dont really think they would have any issues at any of the resurants if you orderd an extra dish..
It's all inclusive. You can eat till you explode. You may have to wait the time it takes them to cook the new request but they will serve you. But honestly between the 5 courses available you probably won't have to go back for seconds. I have a had time not gaining a pound a day while I'm there and that is not going back for seconds and trying to stay away from desserts! Jamie
The portions at the specialty restaurants aren't huge; people sometimes order a couple of one thing or another knowing that in advance. If you wanted to order something else after you were done, I don't know if there's any policy on that. Time constraints maybe? And you can always go to the buffet for something else, or the Tex Mex restaurant. Believe me, you'll get enough to eat! The more common complaint I've heard is "I gained a pound a day while there!"
while we were there at one of the restaurants Tony ordered 1 of the main dishes as a appetizer and then ordered a regular meal with no problem.. they never limited us on what we could order..
Order til you can order no more!!!! lol....One guy we were with ordered one of every main course when we were at the Asian, and at least 2 or 3 every other night
food Stuart dont you worry yourself mate i assure you that you are no gonna starve, there are 4 restaraunts, plus the buffet, you have the choice of the italian,(very nice lovely decor) the seafood, again very nice, the asian, lovely spot next to the ocean, and the tex mex, then the buffet, the first three you have to dress up smart for which i assure you adds to the lovely atmosphere, the tex mex and the buffet you can virtually go as you are, we tend to use those if we are in more of a hurry to just eat and get back to the action, then later in the evening there is food laid on at patty o,s about 11pm for a good few hours mostly burgers, hot dogs nibbles etc, i think i am right in saying that overall there is only about 2hrs out of 24 that you cannot get something to fill yer belly, and all you have to do is ask if you want some more at any of these locations, never a problem, the staff cannot do enough to help you, that includes making sure you have enough to eat, hope that puts your mind at rest, have a great holiday folks, you are gonna love it, all the best phil and margaret. remember nobody knows you and nobody gives a shit !!!!!!!!!!!
somebody posted on the forum awhile back that they ordered one of everything on the menu and had no problem receiving it....i think you will be alright, especially if you tip well after the first time
Since we have a few Scots in this thread I thought I should just point out that deep fried Mars bars are not available at Temptation, nor is Irn Bru But you wont have a problem finding tasty food and plenty of it.
