Oh right I remember those days.. but it seemed to take me longer than just two weeks.. if I remember correctly it was almost 3 months of constant training.. starting out was horrible & very painful but later the running was like walking... your so right. but I'm alot older now I doubt very much it would take me only 3 months.. and I'm a real suck when it comes to pain. PS.. day 5 for us NO smoking.. lovin it.
@Kmontoya - so true! I've got 10 more to lose as well...we can do this!! @Deb - so proud of you guys!!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
your right we can!!! and yes im alotttt!!! older than i was in the service. so a good month of ex. would be right to build up to the workload!! very very proud of the no smoking. i fell off the wagon, but will try again. it sucks i fell off at 2 or more month mark. but will do it again.
I hope we are gonna be there at the same time in september. I slacked a little too much this week. Not with the workout but with eating and some drinking. So getting back on track today as we officially booked september. Got to feel good in my bikinis. So it's back on track.
yea monique slacking with food can be a real tough one for me!!! but i have premade my daily salads, plain yougart with freash fruit. my salads are stuffed full of all the colored peppers, brocolli, spinach, ect. plus a daily protien to put in it. today its cottage cheese. and tons of water. thing is i really like fruits and veggies. but then again i really like pizza too!!! so just once a week or so to kill the craving, and then just 2 slices max.
positive attitudes!! yes allison we can do this!! whats 10 pounds right!! we put it on by damn well take it off!! there just are so many cute swimsuits out there to wear,as well as all of the clothes in my closet, and dressers!!! the way im eating i never feel hungry, i mean my daily salad is huge. i just split it up into 3 sessions during work so im always full. ill make garlic chicken to put in mine for tomarrow. gotta keep it new. stay on track!
