    So today is a new day .. I have been sticking to my low fat diet fairly well (I have to or eles).. lol but I am gonna start today with exercise.. so lets post who got at least 30 minutes of exercise in tonight.. doesnt matter what it was biking, walking, swimming, TM. lets just do it girls and boys!!!! !!!!!

    Back from Playa.......only gained about 9 pounds, but its only 5 as of today. All the damn walking we did down there was good cardio I suppose. Happy as hell to come back in pretty good condition. Now its 124 days till The Royal. Time to get back at it, lol. :)

    One hour of tennis in 95 degree weather with high humidity done!!! I played terrible but loved it! It's been 5 years since I used to play competitive team tennis and it feels so good to be back! I set up an hour private lesson for Wednesday morning, too! Whew! I am hot and sweaty...going to take a nice cold shower and get ready for yoga and weight training in the morning!

    It's a class @ my gym...combination of boxing and cardio. Constant movement. The first 10-15minutes is stretching, jumping jacks, and shadow boxing to warm up, then we do about 40-45 minutes of bag boxing with footwork, squats, mountain climbers and high steps and finish up with 10-15minutes of abs, push-ups and glut work. Absolutely LOVE it!! They say we burn about 800-1000cal per class.

    Well sounds like alot of success by everyone...me however, well I did get my heart going, got really shaky... I jumped on my motorbike which I haven't done in about 1.5 yrs.. almost lost it, gravel road, made rookie mistakes almost in a ditch... and of course once parked laughed my ass off...idot no helmet.
    Walked a bit but thats about it.. mentioned to Jeff about exercise and he mentioned a treadmill he seen for sale..thats about it for me try better today. Good job everyone keep it up.
