Hey Monique I'm on board I'd like to lose 20 or more... So here we go, oh and my bday is in Aug. I think that is a good idea for a bday present.
i am in.. my surgery is the 20th of this month so i have to wait to exercise for a bit but I have to do a low fat diet now and after so, i would like to loose 10 pounds before November but i want to do it with out a fad diet just eating healthy..
ok sounds good to me also. i have been slacking a bit. i would really like to see the 130 mark. 125 would be better, but i know that would be pushing it. now that its getting hot it is way less tempting to eat pizza which is a major weekness of mine and creamy pastas!! so it shouldnt be as hard. but damn it i like to cook!!! im at 145 now so game on. all jof you guys look amazing as it is. it is hard to imagine getting any better.

Sign up for a triathlon. You get the best of both worlds: 1. You'll work your ass off, training. 2. You'll NEED to eat a lot, just to maintain. Have fun. And no...I'm not kidding. There are so many different tri's out there....of all distances. You could train for a sprint tri in 3 mos. (coming straight off the couch...from doing nothing). I'm nowhere near skinny (and I probably never will be). But, I'm also over 50#'s lighter than I used to be.
My running days are very limited now days. I have two bulging discs and very bad knees from years of running. I work out 7 days a week I don't have any Desire to do a marathon anymore. I am just gonna work on getting more flexible and increasing my intensity and core strength but thanks for the suggestion.
I used to suffer from shin splints when I ran 5 km every second day. Every other day was a bit$$%. Lol
I was doing so well until we went to Cancun in April/May and just can't seem to get motivated again since getting home! Hoping this board will give me the motivation I need to get started again and get in better shape before Cabo in November! I am going start my tennis lessons again tomorrow, get back to yoga and weights on Tues/Thurs and walk the hills around my house the other days. Okay! I said it and put it in writing so now I have to do it!
