    Had a great workout this morning at the gym! One of the guys who has been MIA for the last three weeks commented that he could see a huge difference in me. Gives me the motivation I need heading into the Memorial Day weekend!! The hard work is paying off!

    thats awesome .. it is great motivation when someone notices. this week has not been good for me ..i have been focused on what I can eat that wont trigger a gallbladder attack but I may do a nice walk if the weather clears today..

    Just don't get discouraged. I find the mental battle even tougher then the physical one most days! Besides from the pics I've seen you look great already so anything from this point for you is just gravy!!!

    went for a 30 minute walk at the lake yesterday and a 3 hour walk at the mall.. haha!! good start id say.. ;)

    I'm back and I haven't jumped on the scale yet. I know I have gained but I might get on the diet stick and and then weigh myself in a week. That might take will power just to do that. Part of me wants to know but I will probably be able to tell just be how my clothes fits.

    Welcome back... how was it .. you lucky girl... give yourself a week to get back to normal, lots of what you gained is fluid... well its usually that way for me.. just get back at it like you say..i bet you wont see much of a gain at all after a week..

    Okay so I couldn't stay off the scale and of course I gained my usual 5 lbs. Been working out and eating right and I am down 3lbs already. I have also decided that my birthday present to me is gonna be losing another 25 lbs. Gonna be a size 3 again. So if anybody wants to keep this thread going and join me in losing more, let's do it. Damm it's gonna be a good birthday if I can help it. Oh yeah the birthday is September 9th.

    I'm with ya! Want to lose another 10-15. Box-n-Burn kicked my butt this morning because I ate crap yesterday when I was stressing! But good news...got results from the doc & my cholesterol has dropped by 60points so I don't have to go on meds!! Woo hoo!!!
