Ms. Pie, congrats on the kettle bell idea. Yes you can count on sore for the first 4-5 workouts. If you can stick it out for 6 weeks at 3 per week with good eating I guarantee you will see results. As you get better you will need to slowly increase the bell weight. Every five pounds up will make you sweat like a pig all over. The other alternative since have started Gillian's DVD is to graduate up to her partner Bob's two DVDs . His are a bit longer but YOU can really change with it. Mrs. Bonez is up to 20+ plus pounds with a lot of her work now and the changes are really starting to happen. This is the start of her 4 th month so your 11 should be great!
Congrats to Jack on reaching your goal....now go & have a great time!!! You've earned it! And congrats to Kim on staying off the cigs!! You should be really proud of yourself!! Had a great workout tonight, but been struggling with food choices this past week....time to buckle down again!
Too bad we won't be there at the time you are......wife has been doing Zumba for what seems like forever
Thanks everyone.....What chaps me is I was going to do before and after photos, and had a great before pic after a new years party. I ate until I was stuffed, and had Elizabeth take a pic of me. Took my shirt off, I looked gross, lol. Of course that picture is not on the camera anymore. I am bummed. Could have made a tv episode.....haha Jack
