    ok, i didn't do the workout the last 2 days cuz i was a bit more sore than i had expected... BUT, i did do it today, and it was a tad bit easier. so if i do it again tomorrow, at least i would've done it 3 days this week. i'm happy with that for a beginning! :)

    now if it would just warm up and stay warm, then i would stop baking bread everyday (and eating it)! pretty sure the bread eating is defeating the working out... ugh. i have zero willpower!

    haha yeah eating the bread might not be helping to much..

    i still have not been do anything other than walking but , almost 3 weeks no smoking .. and i am starting to lose a bit which makes me pretty happy .. cause i usually gain so much that i give up and smoke again.. but seems that may not happen this time .. !!! ;):huepfen021:

    he he he, Wasssabee Health Freaks !!!
    5-7 miles run X 5-4days a week with additional 60-100 pushups, 100 various crunches, and other core building exercises, split in two around every run; pretty healthy diet - 4-6 cups of veggies and fruits per day + 1 cup or so of proteins, minimum on any type of fats + vitamins and supplements.... and I seem to stop loosing it
    (well, I have lost 60 ponds ones, body is getting smarter)
    anyway... just wanted to share my story :) Good luck to all of you in loosing !!!

    Wow... I've been stuck since we got back... so I've decided to go for the gust oh... I'm doing the Maple Syrup diet.. planning on 5 or 6 days.. And for all you Nay sayers, I've done it before its one of the toughest things I've done, but I know it works.. never gained back the 18 lbs I lost, that was a few years ago..
    anyways going to start either monday or tuesday..

    ok.... first let me say I believe that what ever diet a person wants to do is fine and i am not judging BUT!!..Deb, if you can do the maple syrup diet and loose 18 lbs.. why are you having issues on what you were doing before mexico and eating healthy... haha.. and I do have to give a little lecture about what I have found out recently ..you know my galbladder issues... I have read that stones are caused by yo-yo fad dieting loosing and gaining weight all the time and HRT therapy...just saying ..I so want to go on Jenny Craig but I have to learn to eat real food in a healthy way...

    I hear ya, but since we got back nothing, down 2 lbs but then back they came, we've been sticking to eating right well pretty much.. I guess that nothing is happening is frusterating and think this might be a bit of a kick start again.

    I got the pound but then we had my daughter's grad teh last to nights plus company in the house and well up 1 lb again. Damm this sucks, we leave for cancun Monday. I need a speed diet to drop two.
