Security...for guest safety or to censor guest fun?

Just to let you all know THERE WAS NO YES I REPEAT NO SECURITY BY THE POOL LAST WEEK. Obviously the management read these threads and knew what the epic group had planned. At one poit last week a fight almost broke out in the sexy pool and security were no where to be seen. It was so so different from EPIC week

 

were we at the same pool?? lol

everyday after 4ish until 6 there were at least two uniformed security guards and at least one dressed manager watching the pool. :announce:
i watched them break up at least 4 times people that were getting frisky and saw them take away a can of the flavored wipped cream that a group was using for body shots :icon_sad:

I do remember the fight with the drunk russian guy. and yes there was no security around at that point but that was early in the day. we commented about how they needed security at that point and someone said " quick someone do a body shot" and they will come running. pmsl :headbanger:

Wow! So Kat was probably right in what she thought about extra sevurity being there for Epic week.

 

Wasn't just epic week. they were there last week as well. Felt like I was being watched like a little kid or something in the late afternoon and at the bar.

Frank they were there all day during epic week and I'd have to disagree with you saying they were there everyday last week. Several cpls who over-lapped the two weeks commented on it being a lot more relaxed during the 2nd week.

 

This makes me feel a lot better!

I was starting to wonder if it was worth going.

 

Security might be a little more strict than before but this place is still better than your average typical resort. It seems the more people talk about it the worse it appears. When there in April some people complained that there was too much security and now there are people complaining that when security was needed there was nobody around...come on people...damned if they do and damed if they don't!!

 

No one's complaining they weren't around at all. We don't want security there at all our group can look after it's self. We're saying there was way toomuch security during EPIC week xxx

 

I'm thinking we're just gonna call our little early June group the 'June Jesuits', or something similarly mundane. Or, just keep a low profile....rock out....and exist completely incognito.

If that's the recipe for less security.....I'm in.

Friday-Asbestos awareness night


Hopefully, they'll read this and give security the week off.
