You are on the boat for about 4 hours on and off. Your sail to the island and have lunch and hang out for probably 1.5 hours then a short sail to shopping about 15 minutes and then hang out there for about 1 hour and then sail back to the resort. Hope that helps. Choppiness depends on the day.
