    There is a smith maching with a lat pull up bar on it. There is also a chest press,lat pull down. shoulder press, incline/decline benches and free weights. 3 ellipticals, 2 threadmills, two recumbent bikes, as well as stability balls. Hope that helps and I don't think you'll have any trouble maintaining your current workout.

    I’m retired military and I was a master fitness trainer while I was in. The P90X workout is excellent! I work it on a regular basis. If you remember one motto – Do what you can and forget the rest! If you stick with it you’ll do great and show progress pretty quick!

    I’ve lost about 20 pounds and dropped from a 34”waist to a 31” in about 3 months since doing he P90X.

    I can’t stress enough the supplements! I use Syntha 6 Protien powder, which is the best tasting supplement drink I have had so far and I use Jak3D pre-workout formula about 20 minutes before working out and it puts the boost in your workouts!

    Wow six days to go...........damm 1 lb go away. I feel good though. It just sucks that in two weeks I will be losing the same 5 pounds again.

    i actually did a short work out today! i'm so proud of myself. first thing i've done since returning from our trip, besides walking.

    i bought one little kettlebell, and a jillian michaels video that got good reviews. and boy, was i pooped after that 25 minutes! i am so very out of shape, its not funny. haven't gained any real weight since before the trip (beyond my normal 3lb fluxuation), but i am so damn flabby and sick of it. gotta be a bit more toned before next years trip!!! i SHOULD be able to do something with this flab in 11 months! (or die trying) now, to just make myself do that video everyday...

    gym at TTR

    Does anyone know if they ever hung a heavy bag in the gym?

    that is awesome .. I like the kettle bells as well , it is a great workout ..
    I also have the Zumba which is fun if you like to dance.. but so far i have only been walking .. I am 16 days smoke free though.. and I love it other than all I want to do is eat.. haha!! that will pass soon.. I just hope the walking will help slow the gain untill I m ready to get back into it hard...

    I have untill November when we are going to check out TTR cabo.. so I cant wait to long.. :aktion047:

    Well good for you both... yes kim we are still smoking... dam it.. but decided to try the Champax and find time to read the book.. weight is about the same, up and down an additional 2 lbs.. but today I back at it full time.. we've been cheating a fair amount lately.. I figure what the hell only live once.. but got to get back at want to lose 20 more or so.. I'm still thinking about Cabo, Jeff Bday is in Nov hmmm birthday present... LOL

    oh yeah .. thats a perfect B-day present .. lol saw a trip last night for Nov 11, 10 days I think $2300.00 all in flight and hotel... thats not to bad at all

    Well might be closer to losing that last pound. The hair is done and I'm ready to party again in 4 days. I think the next few days should rid me of the rest of it.
