Exactly and I dont want to sound like a pervert and say OH I need body shots and girls kissing and sex themes to make my vacation, but u know what I mean, taking all that out and then some, just makes the vibe a lot different and makes you worry about what you can and cant do, when on vacation in the past , it was the wide open atmosphere that made it really relaxing... I dont have balcony sex (cuz i would need a partner, doing that solo should be illegal in any resort lol) I dont need body shots, I dont need girl on girl kissing, I dont need sex themed games and Chinos throwing the F bomb out all the time...........but just knowing I could if I wanted to, makes for a much more relaxed feeling.. .now it feels as if we are sneaking and trying to get away with something, i.e. in the sexy pool, having to call over 3 more people as blockers, so that doc could do a body shot with his wife. Again just my humble opinion
I still think Steve should try and open up a small resort... and call it "Temptations the way it was and should be". I'm sure a lot of us would be there the opening week! He'd probably would be able to woo some of the current staff as there as well...
Again, im not saying Im a pervert and need body shots etc..My concern is just where do they stop changing the rules... are we going to go down there as a group one year and find out we can no longer play the guitar on the beach cuz its either to loud or too many people are with us. Like ive said, this year I had an absolute blast with the April group and im a firm believer that a vacation is what you make it and with the group we had, we could have a wild and crazy keg party in an OBGYN waiting room and not think twice about it, Im just curious as to when and if the rule changes will stop or how far they go if they dont
FTR....I personally don't give a rat's ass about doing body shots. We've been there-done that. I'm not into having sex in public, either (again.....been there). BUT.....I remember how much fun we had when we started really being liberated on vacation. It was a thrill....to be sure. And, I'd hate for others to miss that feeling (IF they're so inclined). Hence my "issue" with the apparent crack-downs. We LOVE having fun....and being around others doing the same. The "old" Temptations is likely pretty tame to many. But, it sounded like a great time. I'm hoping there's enough of it left to make our trip a great one. Ever taken someone who's never been.....to Coco Bongo's? Isn't it great....watching their faces all night? THAT'S what I was looking forward to (at the resort).
My question is why change the name from Blue Bay to Temptations if you are going to tone it down??? The new name suggests the opposite.
We all miss it when it was BBG. The last two years have definitely been toned down. Get Mario out of the drivers seat and bring back Lalo just cause he was a blast. While your at it bring back Mandy and Julie and anything goes. We all had fun in those years.
