    lol.. I dont need to be any smaller.. Just want to maintain it and having a few issues with that right now but very happy to ba a non smoker..

    You know I just looked up and saw that we have been dealing with these 20 or less pounds for 29 pages of posts.

    You got to believe that they are the most famous 20 pounds in the world!

    haha!!.. yes it seesm that way.. but that is the point of the thread.. exercising together to lose a few pounds. or how ever many you want to loose..
    I was going to start a different one for quitting smoking but it still belongs here as its all relates .. still have to eat properly (which I am having a hard time doing ) and exercise to keep the weight off...

    Kim does look awsome but, I totally understand her wanting to maintain the small. I am working at it everyday. I won't be happy until I am back to real small.

    I love this thread! I'm so tired of losing & then gaining back the same 30 pounds over and over!!! Lost 25 before going to TTR in April and am in the process of getting back in the groove with eating & exercise. Would like to lose another 10 & then maintain.

    Really proud of you guys who have stopped smoking!! It's one of the best presents you can give yourself....the longer you live the more trips you can take to TTR!!!!

    Gym info?

    Hey Guyz, we'll be making our first trip to TTR 29th May and will be using the gym every morning. I'm doing the P90X workout thats been mentioned previously and I'm wondering if there is a pull up bar or something that could pass for a good pull up bar in the gym.

    This may seem like an anal question but I'm right in the middle of doing the chest and back workout and want to maintain the progress throughout our stay.

    well weve been a few times. yes i heard that there is a gym, that suits the purpose. we have always had good intentions to go, but. by alternating how fast the drinks go to your lips, how full you keep them, also alternate on size, that should help with arm firmness. holding the drinks, towels, pretty much anything, volleyball, above your head, will keep the back firm. use your imagination for all parts that you feel need excercising!! relaxe have a great time. if you make it regularly to the gym, then great for you, if not dont stress too much. it is vac. time!!!!

    Sorry I have no answer for you.. I have never been in the gym at TTR.. lol but Monique has... daily on her last visit ..

    this is a great thread.. hope it keeps you focused and on track or just come and have a bitch session .. I have had several on here.. hahaha!!
