    we thought that the orange wrist bands was a great idea.... we had some made with cancuncare.com on them and XXX it work out great for us....

    So explain these wrist bands to me.

    If I have one on.....and you have one on.....what exactly does that mean to you?

    If you have one on and I don't.......what exactly does that mean to you?

    I mean seriously......are there people in the lifestyle who see another couple with a wristband and automatically imply......"we're in"? And, on the other side of the coin......would you automatically assume a couple wouldn't be interested in expanding their boundaries.....because they didn't have on a wrist band?

    I absolutely don't get the wrist band/xxx/etc..., etc..., etc... things.

    The orange wristband thing is something that has taken off in the last year or so.

    A plain orange wristband means nothing more than that you are from the cancuncare forum and is a great icebreaker for people who are not sure if they recognise someone since avatar pictures don't always translate well to real life.

    Some people will add an additional xxx on their wristband to indicate they are into the swinging lifestyle and presumably looking for other similar minded folk.

    But first and foremost an orange wristband just means you post here and are happy to chat to others that post here too. Anything more is up to the individuals concerned :)

    We had orange wristbands and just left them plain! but without the wristbands we may not have bumped into you Rob, we had such a great time hanging out with you guys and many more from here, thanks to the wristbands! x xx xxx!!!

    we don't think we would have found you on our first day there if it wasn't for the wrist bands either.... we are so glad we did get them and we feel we have made friends for a lifetime from wearing them.... at least that way we knew that you post on here and that was a connection to you ..... the X's on the bands is just what we are into.... 1X or 3X's its up to the person/couple wearing it....

    for us the bands are just a way to find ppl that posted on here.... if we seen you with one on we would say look they are on cancuncare. thats it..... we would say hi to you and thats it..... if you didn't have any x's on yours it would be find... some ppl that wear them are not into swinging at all.... but if you did find someone with an x or 2 or 3x's on it and your intop that maybe it will work out... but again not everyone in this lifestyle is into everyone.... there has to be some attrection there just for starters.... and it can move from there.... we have been playing in this lifestyle for 17 years and we love it... we have friends that would only use 1 x on the band.... and we use 3x's but that don't mean we can't just be friends with anyone.... its not all about sex.... its about friendships with ppl.... the sex if it happenes is the icing on the cake....

    Interesting,... the recent votings are starting to sway the results closer to 55%-45%. Back in Jan 2010 when the poll was first released, the results were closer to 60%-40%.
