With the cruise selling out in 3 days and with almost a month to go I'm thinking of ways we can cater to the obvious demand. We can switch to the bigger boat but that is only going to give us another 8 or so spaces and I think we'll end up being full again quite quickly. One thing I'm considering is instead of having one cruise on the 4th is that we have two cruises one on the 3rd, the other on the 5th. Everyone planning to go on the 4th will be able to make one or the other and by splitting the group into two it would free up space for more folks plus allow those who fly in or out on the 4th (5 couples at least) to come along too. We'd easily get 30 people probably more for each day. The other option is to take out two boats. We have only done this once before and to be honest I didnt think it worked that well as (despite our instructions) the boats didnt stay close enough together and there were people who ended up being on a different boat from friends they wanted to be with. We could try this again and be more explicit in our instructions to the captains and maybe work out who is on what boat in advance to ensure friends dont get split. Thoughts and comments welcome. Any advantages/disadvantages in either option I'm not seeing?
Will do if I possibly can, also have Trapper 23 who has asked similar via email. You 4 will get first priority on any new spaces opening up. Anyone else who wants to come please post in the thread to register your interest, but no need to pay a deposit just yet.
Dang! I get busy for a few days and don't make it to the forum and the boob cruise fills up? Please add us to the wait list, Steve. We went on the cruise the last Sunday in Feb 2010 and had a blast. We were really looking forward to it this year and don't want to be left out! Shawn & Christie
I think it's a good business decision to have 2 days, plus it's a good party decision for those who want a cruise while they are there...personally we might lean toward the 3rd, IF that's what you decide to do. Thanks for everything Steve!
