that is the course almost everyone is taking and what i highly recommend.........

if you know you are going go ahead and book your room - its less than half their normal rate and it is only available to our group until june 15 or the allotment which we contracted for are all taken

more importantlly.... it does not cost anything to do today

as far a flights go.....

give it a week or two as someone will hint that they are going to make a speech in saudia arabia in a few weeks and the prices will drop

i just wanted to reiterate one more time and let everyone know that this reunion is for everyone and their friends

very inclussive group of people..........like most all cancunare people are.

the only requirments are

(1) fun loving/fun people
(2) non judgemental people
(3) giving people
(4) people who can handle me saying "i love everyobody" when i get drunk

will do a nice "meet & greet" social on the friday night of our arrival in the river view room high atop the hotel monteleone and all get to know each other better............there is much planned..............participate in as much or as little as you like - just make sure you get your costume early for the parade/pub crawl and make sure it looks great on you - as we parade straight through the french quarter for all to see - dont skimp on the costumes

remember the theme guys - its fairytales & storybook carachters

Holiday dates will be announced at the end of April so we'll know for definate if we're in or out

we still should have rooms by the end of april..........as kristen just extended our allotment of rooms

feel much better about that as we already had booked half the allotment through march (almost 7 months in advance of the party weekend) and with verbal commitments from almost double the amount of rooms left in the initial allotment - was honestly worried

if i have to request an additional amount of rooms in june - im hoping they still will have some rooms but just in case they dont have any rooms --------- ive got some people working on some other hotels --------- just in case

Leanne and I are booked at the hotel....wahooooo...We are so glad we are not missing this trip...booked off work and already lined up a sitter....yeahhhhhhhhhhhh

 

just read this thread and we think we may want to come. i will try to go back and read the last four pages and try to figure out the details......unless some kind person would PM the basic info and cost to me?
