We know guys must wear pants with closed-toe shoes and no jeans, but what are the ladies supposed to wear? Or, should I say, what do most of them wear? I guess the question is, do I need to pack some less-revealing dresses, as well?
We usually wear a nice/sexy dress (slits in the back, really low in the front, etc.) then change if you plan to do any of the theme nights. I hope this helps.

You will have no trouble getting in wearing that dress. The Girl has worn similar outfits to dinner at the Italian and Asian restaurant. Although every week is different, from our experience you will see: 50% wearing sundresses/little black dresses 25% wearing something just like that hot little dress in your link 25% wearing something slightly more casual like khaki pants Your bf/husband however will get some high fives if you wear that halter dress!
TnT - The dress would be most appreciated both in the restaurants and the clubs! As long as it covers all the necessary stuff, looks mui bueno to me!! Sam&Stuart - pretty much men have to wear slacks. I've purchased about 4 pairs of really comfortable and light weight cotton slacks from Macy's - they carry a brand called Cubavana. These are more Carribbean style slacks, with ties at the waist instead of like suit pants. Also you could just pick up a couple of pairs of khaki slacks at the department store of your choice, maybe very light tan colored and maybe one black. They are versatile enough and cheap enough to wear other places, not just to TT restaurants. I usually also pack a crap-ton of short sleeve print shirts.
I wore a somewhat similar dress to the Italian place with no problems. The Italian restaurant has a few tables outside to put the guys at that wear shorts. Steve wore darker wash jeans with no holes or frays with a button-up untucked to both the Italian and Asian with no issues.
