For first timers I would tell u if u want a chair at the sexy pool, get up early like 6:30am and put a t-shirt on the chair u want or u won't get one. Also the Italian restaurant is awesome! Liked the Asian restaurant but probably wouldn't go to it again. There's so much going on at the sexy pool during the day and different types of parties going on at night, lingerie party, teasing party, white party, etc., we didn't do any outside activities except for we walked to the Playboy Casino (which is next door) one night. Right now, we are looking at dates in October to go again!!!!
Its a shame about the pool chair thing We all do it cause its the only way to get a chair, but there would be enuf chairs if people didn't abuse it I,m a morning person and go out by the sexy pool with my mp3 and a coffee, and sometimes fall back asleep. I see people put their stuff on chairs at 6 am, then leave till 1 or 2 pm. They then proceed to put their shoes under the bed and go in the pool till sunset. They don't even use their chairs or little at all. They should have a 2 hour max unattended rule. enuf time for lunch and a quicky
I bring a nice foam top for the bed otherwise my back is killing me by the third night. You can get one at Walmart and just leave it behind. You can ask the maids if they have one too that was left behind.
Donald, I agree. Many resorts have that rule you mention. Many also have a no saving rule whatsoever. Have not been to TTR yet but our group was taliking about on only reserving one chaise per couple - if at all. One or the other of us will probably be in the pool for much of the day, why hold an extra chair open? Anyways, it's always more fun to share a chair.
good to hear. we feel the same about TTR. the whole chair thing is a different story. i think we could all come up with ideas on the chairs.
what about putting a mix of chairs and loungers, chairs take less room. years ago I seem to remember bistro chairs and tables infront of the buffet on the ocean side???. In January they had a severe shortage of loungers for the weather. ,,,It was nice to lie in the sun out of the wind but too cold to be in the water or on the beach. April should be fine with warmer weather..
