Ok so i have read on here about the early check ins but what about a late check out. Our flight dosent leave till 5:30 p.m. i know we have to be at the airport a little early to go through customs so will the resort let us still drink and swim till we leave or is check out time the cut off of fun ?

Never had a problem with checking out late, but only have checked out late a few times, you can aways check out and leave your luggage in the lobby and go have fun till you have to leave, they dont take your band off until you leave

OK... you have to be out of your room by noon. But like Terry says you don't lose your band till you exit the hotel. Your ride will probably look to pick you up about 2:30 to take you to the airport.

    Options.....

    1) You can get up late, have a late breakfast/early lunch, check out at noon and leave your bags in the lobby and hang out in the restaurant dressed to go till it's time.

    2) You can get up early, pack your bags, put your bathroom stuff and your travel clothes in a small bag, take your bags to the lobby and check out of your room, grab a chair by the sexy pool and have a normal day partying till about 2 PM. Then head back to the lobby, grab your little bag, head over to the bathrooms by the sports pool, use the showers there to clean up and change into your travel clothes, and head back to the lobby to catch your ride.

Or mix the two above options to make up your own day. :)

    Option #3....

Checkout at noon - and check your bags with the bellman. As previously stated - you keep your bracelet until you leave. You can still drink/eat/swim until you leave. You can still acccess your bags to change any time before you leave too.

Stay an extra hour (skip your transfer) and spend an extra hour with your new friends (priceless). Then grab a cab to the airport - $25 tip in.

We did that last time and that extra hour is worth 10 times the $25 cab fare.

We pay for late check out...much easier. Go see the desk in the morning, flat rate of $10/hour. We lay by the pool, enjoy the day, check out at 4)

    Just got back 13 March
Friends we met had a late flight but had to remove the wristband when they checked out and were given a slip of paper to show the bartenders. Was such a pain so I got the drinks all day
    worked out well.
